Does it actually stop shedding?
Shedding is natural. This brush helps remove hair that is already loose, so you can collect it during grooming. It does not stop your pet from shedding, and results vary with coat type and grooming routine.
Is this a steam brush or a water-mist brush?
Pawoofy uses a fine water mist from its refillable tank. Its job is to lightly dampen the coat during brushing; it is not a hot-steam cleaning treatment.
Will it work on my dog's coat?
It is designed for everyday grooming of dogs and cats. Long, dense or double coats may also need a slicker brush, comb or undercoat tool. Choose tools for your pet's coat, and ask a groomer about tight tangles or mats.1
What if my pet is nervous about the mist?
Let your pet sniff the brush first. Begin with a short session with the mist switched off, then introduce it gradually if your pet is comfortable. Some pets prefer brushing without mist; do not force the session.
What should I put in the tank?
Use clean water, as directed in the Pawoofy product guide. Do not add perfume, essential oils or shampoo unless the product instructions specifically allow it and your veterinarian confirms that the ingredients suit your pet.
Does it replace a bath?
It is a grooming brush for loose hair and everyday coat care. A light mist does not replace washing a dirty coat with a suitable pet shampoo or a professional grooming appointment when one is needed.
How do I keep the brush ready for next time?
Remove collected fur after use, empty leftover water and let the tank dry. Follow the supplied care instructions and keep the charging port dry. If the mist stops working, contact info@pawoofy.com for help.
How is it charged, and which colors can I choose?
The brush is rechargeable through its USB-C port. It comes in White, Pink and Green. Select your color on the product page before adding it to your cart.
When will my order arrive?
Allow 1–3 business days for processing. Estimated delivery after processing is 7–12 business days to the US, 8–15 to Canada and the UK, and 10–20 to the UAE. Destinations available at checkout are supported. Customs or carrier delays may occur. See our shipping policy.
What if the brush arrives damaged or does not work?
Contact info@pawoofy.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the evidence required by our policy. Eligible claims receive a replacement or refund after review.
