SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping over $35
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $35 or more to the countries we deliver to. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country does not appear at checkout, we are unfortunately not able to deliver to it yet.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery times
After processing, standard delivery usually takes:
- United States: 7 to 12 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom: 8 to 15 business days
- United Arab Emirates: 10 to 20 business days
These times are estimates. Delays may occur during busy periods, customs checks, or carrier issues.
Customs and import fees
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are the customer's responsibility, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Lost or delayed package
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at info@pawoofy.com with your order number so we can look into it with the carrier.
